Casper College is located in Casper - Wyoming's second largest city located in the geographic center of the state. Wyoming itself is known for its wide-open vistas, amazing scenery and western way of life. Yellowstone Park is five hours away, and Denver is a four-hour drive. Casper College overlooks the city from the foothills of Casper Mountain.

Casper College Athletics have a long history of success.

 

Men’s Basketball

The Casper College men’s basketball team began in 1945. A total of 20 All-Americans have come from the program since 1963 and since 1961 a total of 148 players have been signed to NCAA Division I, II, and III schools.

Women’s Basketball

The Casper College women’s basketball team began in 1971, with varsity competition beginning in the fall of 1972. A total of 19 All-Americans have come from the program since 1992 and since 1984 a total of 85 players have been signed to NCAA Division I, II, and III schools.

Rodeo

With four national team championships and four more finished in the top three during the past 30 years, Casper College ranks among the most successful programs in the country. Former T-Bird cowboys and cowgirls have gone on to no less than 126 professional titles.

Volleyball

The Casper College women’s volleyball team began in 1973. A total of 7 All-Americans have come from the program since 1988 and since 2001 a total of 34 players have been named Academic All-Americans.

Soccer

Soccer is the newest sport to join the Thunderbird athletic's legacy beginning in 2020. The Thunderbird soccer teams have already proven to be a indomitable force.
